Repair Service

Station Cycles has approved Shimano Service Centres at all stores, with fully trained Cytech accredited mechanics. We can cater for everything from full custom bike builds, servicing and wheel building to repairs such as cables and punctures. We offer an instant puncture repair and tyre replacement service. Bring your bike to one of our stores and we will carry out the work while you wait. We use new inner tubes rather than patching. This is much more convenient, and offers a guaranteed repair. Free courtesy bikes can be provided for you to use while your bike is in for repair with us, so your day is uninterrupted. Please ask upon booking in your bicycle.

We carry a huge range of parts in store, however sometimes we may need to order a part in for your repair. If this is the case, we will inform you and you can drop in store to pick up a courtesy bike from us, if you haven’t already done so. We are able to offer contracts for fleet bicycle maintenance at very reasonable prices, please contact us for further details.If for any reason you are not sure of the condition of your bicycle, or unsure of where you have a problem, then you can bring your bicycle to one of our branches for a free assessment and estimate on the cost of repairs.

Courtesy Bikes

If you book your bike in for servicing in the morning we offer a courtesy bike so you can still get on with your day as normal. We carry a huge range of parts in stock however sometimes we will need to order parts in, if this is the case we can book you in for when they arrive (normally next day) or you can leave your bike with us and take a courtesy bike in the mean time.

Used Bikes

We have a selection of Ex-Hire, and trade in cycles for sale all year round. We also offer part exchange on new bicycles. Please note that two forms of I.D will be required for part exchanges. All bikes sold are serviced and come complete with a 90day parts and labour warranty.

Free First Service

During the first few weeks of riding your new bicycle, components and bolts on the bike can loosen up and work their way out of alignment. This can lead to a drop in performance of the bicycle and can cause premature wear.

For this reason all of our new bicycles are offered with a free first service. This should be carried out between 4 – 6 weeks after the purchase date, dependant on use. As part of your bicycles warranty, this free service must be completed within 8 weeks of purchase, otherwise the warranty with the manufacturer becomes void. Once you have the first service completed, you are ready to use the bike with standard maintenance procedures.
